The box got here all crushed and beat up, like it had been tossed around a bit. The item was okay, but it didn’t feel like there was much protection in there, just kind of barely packed.

I know some people might have a totally fine experience, but the parts I noticed just didn’t sit right with me. A few things felt a little sketchy, and once I picked up on that, it was hard to ignore. I personally wouldn’t use them again

Not gonna lie, it was fine overall, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. It’s not bad by any means, but it didn’t really wow me either. If you can grab it on sale, I think it makes a lot more sense, but at full price it feels a little high to me...

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help, but they barely helped me at all. Like, barely. I was disappointed because I expected at least some real support.

I really liked how it looked online, but in person the fabric was a bit of a letdown. It feels kind of rough and thin, not soft like I was expecting. It’s wearable, sure, but I wouldn’t call it comfortable for more than a short time. For the price, I politely expected it to feel a lot better.

I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. It wasn’t some huge dramatic disaster or anything, just one of those experiences where halfway through I was already thinking, yeah, next time I’ll pick somewhere else. Maybe I had my expectations a little too high, or maybe it just wasn’t for me, but either way it didn’t really leave me wanting to give it another shot...

I ordered from mimchik.com and, to be fair, the item looked mostly like the photos. The color and overall style were what I expected, so I didn’t feel like I completely wasted my money or got something totally different.
The only downside was the sizing/fit felt a little off compared to how it was described. It’s not bad enough that I’d say don’t buy it, but I do wish there had been more details because I hate feeling like I took a chance and didn’t quite get what I thought I was paying for. Overall, it’s okay, just not perfectly accurate.

I kept checking back for updates, and when they finally got back to me it was mostly stuff like, “we’re looking into it” or “please wait a bit longer,” which didn’t really help much. The whole thing was just frustrating and felt like more hassle than it was worth

I requested a refund and it feels like it’s taking forever. Support did reply, but the answers were super short and didn’t really tell me anything new, basically just “please wait.” I’m fine waiting a couple days, but this has dragged on way longer than I expected. Compared to other refunds I’ve had, this one is just... yeah, not great. Frustrating overall

The site itself was easy to use, and I found something I actually wanted to buy. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was way higher than I expected, and it made the whole order feel not worth it. I get that shipping costs money, but there should be clearer pricing earlier in the process so customers aren’t surprised at the last step. For a bigger order it might make sense, but for a small purchase it felt way too expensive. I think the company needs to take some responsibility for making those fees more upfront and reasonable...

I was already kind of rushed and just wanted to get the return sorted quickly, but the whole process ended up being a hassle. I had to search around to figure out what to do, wait for responses, and even then it still wasn’t very clear. For something as basic as a return, it took way too much time and energy. i probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from Mimchik and the tracking was easy to keep up with . I got updates when it shipped , when it was moving along , and again when it was out for delivery .

The package showed up on the day it was supposed to , and everything inside was fine . No random delays or wondering where my order was , which I appreciated . I’d be happy to order from them again

My order did show up eventually, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, i was already feeling mentally drained, so having to keep checking it was frustrating. The product itself was fine once it arrived, I just wish the delivery had been quicker
